Shipping and Returns
Magical Wonders use Australia Post for all deliveries within Australia. This means our store is able to deliver items anywhere, no matter how remote your location is. This means we are able to provide 100% coverage to places like Christmas Island*, Post Office Boxes* (P.O. Boxes) and extremely remote areas of Australia. It also allows us to provide you with the lowest possible price across a range of transport companies.
All orders are calculated using the Australia Post matrix and include tracking and extra cover , should anything happen to your parcel in transit, it has been fully covered by insurance (extra cover).
You won't be left in the dark once your order is dispatched either. The moment your order leaves our warehouse, Magical Wonders will inform you of its departure, via email. You will also receive tracking information via Australia Post which will include include tracking information that will allow you to monitor the progress of the delivery and to better anticipate it's arrival.

RETURNS: We do not offer change of mind on any items. If your item has been received and it is damaged or faulty you must fill out a returns form located at the bottom of the website under Customer Service=> Returns.
By doing this you will receive an RMA number which will be required to be displayed on the front of the original packaging and returned to Magical Wonders. Once it has been received by Magical Wonders a replacement will be sent out if available or a full refund will be granted. Any additional fees the customer may have incurred by Australia Post when returning the item will also be honored and refunded upon proof of receipt.
